The Lancaster Hotel Amsterdam

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, offering a peaceful and relaxing stay. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us when we forgot our passports. the location was convenient, with the central station just a short walk away.

The washrooms were on the smaller side, although they were kept very clean, so this was not a major issue.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The location was perfect, it was situated in a quiet area but still close to the city center by tram. The staff here were excellent, really helpful and friendly, and they gave us a warm welcome drink on arrival. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of options, and the staff executed our requests with ease. this place was a great choice and I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

If you're looking for a place to stay that is situated in a quiet area but still close to the city center by tram, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Everything was excellent, loved our comfortable stay. Checkin was good. Moreover, we parked nearby.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything that I wanted to see and very close to a tram station which can take you to the downtown area. It was nice to be in an area that is off the main tourist trap of the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good selection of delicious food.

The location was ideal, not very far from a somewhat brash square. We truly enjoyed a good restaurant with a local menu. Our stay there was really nice.

Beautiful location for visiting Amsterdam, its near a tram line, the centre and a tram station going the centrum.

We had a lovely stay in a well-located hotel right across from a zoo. The park and Artis Tram station were just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing great service. The room was spacious and quiet, allowing for a relaxing night's sleep. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the clean bathroom and overall cleanliness of the entire hotel.

There was some noise from other rooms that could be heard at times.

Este hotel es una muy buena opción para hospedarse en el centro de la ciudad. La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica y cerca de lugares de interés como el London Eye y el Parlamento. El personal es amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesites. Las habitaciones son compactas, pero cuentan con todo lo necesario y están bien diseñadas, con suficiente espacio para guardar el equipaje debajo de la cama. Además, el desayuno incluido en el café Costa Coffee que está justo al otro lado de la calle es una ventaja.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with museums and transportation nearby. The service was warm and efficient, with a special thank you to Muhammad for going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with strong shower pressure. I highly recommend Lancaster Hotel.

Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was filling. Conveniently located near a tram stop and within walking distance to the city center. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Eco-friendly toiletries were a nice touch. Would happily stay again. 👍
