The room was spotlesslyvery comfy and tidy, offering a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff were helpful and were great too assist us when we forgot our passports. The location was convenient, with the central station just a short walk away.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The location was perfect, it was situated in a quiet area but still close to the city center by tram. The staff here were excellent, really helpful and friendly, and they gave us a warm welcome drink on arrival. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of options, and the staff executed our requests with ease. this place was a great choice and I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
If you're looking for a place to stay that is situated in a quiet area but still close to the city center by tram, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything that I wanted to see and very close to a tram station which can take you to the downtown area. It was nice to be in an area that is off the main tourist trap of the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good selection of delicious food.

We had a lovely stay in a well-located hotel right across from a zoo. The park and Artis Tram station were just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing great service. The room was spacious and quiet, allowing for a relaxing night's sleep. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the clean bathroom and overall cleanliness of the entire hotel.
There was some noise from other rooms that could be heard at times.

My stay at The Lancaster Hotel was absolutely fantastic! I was in Amsterdam for a few days of sightseeing and exploring, and the location was perfect. It was just outside the busy city center, which meant it was peaceful and allowed for a good night's sleep. But it was still central enough to easily access all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The rooms were compact, but they had everything I needed and were nicely finished. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and Mohammed at the reception deserves a special shout-out for his amazing service. The hotel itself was lovely and had a beautiful smell, like rose water, which I absolutely adored. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with museums and transportation nearby. The service was warm and efficient, with a special thank you to Muhammad for going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with strong shower pressure. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was filling. Conveniently located near a tram stop and within walking distance to the city center. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Eco-friendly toiletries were a nice touch. Would happily stay again. 👍
